Neil Mitchell says ‘most people don’t care’ about same-sex marriage

Neil Mitchell has expressed his frustration at how much political energy and media attention is being spent on same-sex marriage.

The 3AW Mornings host, a supporter of same-sex marriage, said it wasn’t a key election issue for the average Australian.

“I don’t think most people care,” Neil Mitchell said.

He blamed an out-of-touch media and political splinter groups.
