Neil Mitchell takes aim at ‘dishonest’ Labor text

Victorians are receiving text messages which Neil Mitchell says are “in the ‘Mediscare’ category”.

The messages reads: “Matthew Guy’s Liberals will frack Victoria. It’ll poison our water & wreck our natural environment. To stop the Liberals’ fracking, vote Labor”, and directs readers to vicvotes.org.au — a Labor-run website.

Neil Mitchell says it’s “just dishonest”.

“That really annoys me,” the 3AW Mornings host said. “Honesty in political advertising is not required.”
