Neil Mitchell’s red hot tip on possible GST increase

Neil Mitchell has received a tip regarding the possibility of an increase in Australia’s goods and services tax.

He believes the GST could see a 10 to 15 per cent increase discussed following a Treasury report handed down after the election.

“I’m not sure it’s the wrong thing either,” he told 3AW Afternoons.

“Provided you give genuine income tax relief at the same time.”
