‘Never, ever again’: More holiday plans in tatters as Jetstar cancels another flight

More holiday plans have been left in tatters as Jetstar cancelled yet another flight.

It comes after the embattled airline had a flight turned back from Denpasar due to “miscommunication”.

Caroline was due to board a flight to Honolulu from Melbourne on Wednesday when she received a text message in the morning saying the flight was cancelled.

“No explanation, no clarification, nothing. Just cancelled,” she told Shane McInnes on 3AW Mornings.

Caroline and her partner will miss two nights in their accommodation they booked for $750 a night.

“We have a flight now rescheduled … out of Melbourne to Sydney at 8am,” she said.

“Then we have just over nine hours layover in Sydney until our next flight to Honolulu tomorrow night.”
