New dietary recommendations turn conventional diet wisdom on its head

A new report is arguing for an ‘urgent’ overhaul of dietary guidelines.

The UK’s National Obesity Forum has released a report, with signatories from around the world, that turns our understanding of a healthy diet upside down.
