New-look Australia Post vehicles coming to Victoria

RUMOUR CONFIRMED: New three wheeled vehicles being trialled by posties in Hobart are heading to Victoria.

The electric delivery vehicles will enable Australia Post to deliver more small parcels than ever before.

Mitch Buxton from Australia Post says the bikes are manufactured in Switzerland and are fully electric.

‘It has got a bit of protection for our posties, it’s a lot better than what we’ve got today,’ he said.
