New reports Australians have paid an extra half-a-billion-dollars for petrol in 2016

Neil Mitchell says the great petrol price rip-off has never been greater.

Reports today say are that we have probably paid an extra $500,000 this year. 

‘They’re gouging at the bowser.’

Neil says the price of petrol effects the price of everything that is that is delivered. 

‘Can we not treat it as an essential, like water or gas?’

‘Is there no way the government can act to keep the price of petrol fair?’ – Neil said on 3AW Mornings.

Neil spoke with Mark McKenzie is the CEO of the Australasian Convenience and Petroleum Marketers Association.

He told Neil Mitchell this is all – ‘Bullocks.’
