New research from eHarmony has shown what accents Australians find the most attractive.

The research showed nearly half of the country believed having a foreign accent enhances someone’s attractiveness.

Psychologist from eHarmony Sharon Draper said Australia didn’t make the list, but did come out on top in terms of friendliness and being laid back.
