New Uber-style delivery service debuts in Melbourne

Ross and Russel

A Melbourne man has launched a new delivery service app that may revolutionise the way small parcels are transported around the city.

GoFetch is the brainchild of Blair Smith.

Mr Smith came up with the idea after he lost his license in 2012 and  found himself struggling to get things done.

Mr Smith told Ross and John, GoFetch has a network of ‘fetchers’ who deliver parcels around the CBD either by car, foot, bike or skateboard.

‘Where Uber lets you tap into a network of drivers, we let you tap into a network of Fetchers, who are our delivery people,’ he said.
