NFTs: The migration of goods into the digital world

Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are attracting some serious money online, and some the worlds biggest brands are getting on board.

It appears as though US giant Nike will join the fun, filing trademarks for several of their brands online ahead of the release of virtual sneakers and t-shirts.

But what are NFTs?
