‘No way in the world’: Tom Elliott on Jacinta Allan’s latest superannuation comments

The Premier has called on Australia’s superannuation sector to invest more in government projects that ‘support workers’ such as hospitals, schools, and other critical infrastructure.

“I run my own super fund. I can tell you there’s no way in the world I would give a single dollar of it to Jacinta Allan to manage,” the 3AW Mornings host said.

Chief economist and co-founder of MacroBusiness, Leith van Onselen, didn’t mince his words when sharing his thoughts on the suggestion.

“I think this is an absolute disgrace and should be avoided,” Mr van Onselen said.
