‘Nothing is off-limits’: Premier Ben Carroll outlines new IBAC powers

On Thursday night, Premier Ben Carroll gave IBAC the extra powers it said it needed.

Carroll told 3AW Mornings host Tom Elliott that no one and nothing was off-limits for Victoria’s integrity agency.
