One Nation proposes new policy supporting housing payments with superannuation

One Nation have proposed a new policy under which some wage earners could divert a percentage of their super into weekly earnings to support housing payments.

Its treasury spokesperson Barnaby Joyce told 3AW Mornings host Tom Elliott the aim is to support people who are struggling to keep up with rent or mortgage payments.

“There are people just not getting by, they are getting kicked out of their house, and there are people who are losing their house,” he said.
