Opposition Leader claims Premier is leaving ‘because things are falling apart’

Victorian Opposition Leader John Pessuto says Daniel Andrews is resigning because “things have become so bad”.

“I think the truth we all have to face is that the Premier is going because things are falling apart.

“I think we needed to see a reset and a departure,” he said.
