Opposition spokeswoman concerned about ‘third world’ hospital system
A dodgy DIY fix at a Melbourne hospital has been exposed, raising concerns patient care has been compromised.
Staff at Maroondah Hospital have resorted to using aluminium foil and cardboard boxes to improve an MRI machine that has been producing compromised images.
Opposition health spokeswoman Georgie Crozier shared her concerns about this news with 3AW Breakfast hosts Jimmy Bartel and Mark Allen.

“I am really concerned that the maintenance is not being done and our hospital system is becoming third world,” she said.
