Oprah ‘under fire’: Pete Ford’s thoughts on the uproar

Pete Ford said he is unsure whether or not the scrutiny of Oprah Winfrey is “fair”, following claims she refused locals from using her private roads in Hawaii during the tsunami evacuation.

A spokesperson for the philanthropist has since denied the accusations.

“A lot of people have a set against her … Whether they are just using this as a good excuse to go after her,” the entertainment reporter said on 3AW.
