Organisers of annual Naked Bike Ride expect biggest turnout yet

Organisers of the now annual Naked Bike Ride are expecting their biggest turnout yet.

The ride, now in its 13th year, will start in Fitzroy at midday on Sunday, March 19.

It’s to raise awareness of cyclists.

‘We want drivers to take notice of cyclists on the road,’ Laurence Barnes told Tom Elliott.

‘The amount of near-misses I’ve had is scary.

‘We’re expecting 300 people this year.’
