‘Out of control’: The crime Victoria leads the country in

New data has revealed car crime is “out of control” in Victoria despite trending down in every other state.

Insurance Council of Australia CEO Andrew Hall says Victoria has seen a major increase in claims.

“We have never seen an increase like this since we started collecting insurance statistics decades ago,” he said on 3AW Breakfast.
