Outcry as Spirit of Tasmania move looms

The Spirit of Tasmania leaves Melbourne for good next month.

It’s moving to Corio, meaning there will no longer be a direct ferry between Melbourne and Tasmania.

And not everybody is happy.

“We are very sad it’s leaving,” Mareesa Dilisio, who owns the Bella Cosi Café, told 3AW.
