Over-height truck causes chaos at the entrance of the Burnley Tunnel

An over-height truck has caused the boom gates to come down at the entrance of the Burnley Tunnel with traffic banking up to the exit of the West Gate Bridge.

All lanes are now open but expect heavy delays.
