Paramedic opens up on near-death experience after Ambulance Victoria casts doubt on his long shift

Heidi Murphy broke the story on 3AW Mornings yesterday of a paramedic who almost lost his life after the ambulance he was driving rolled down an embankment in the Hume region last week.

The paramedic involved in the incident then opened up on the near-death experience after Ambulance Victoria released a statement, denying the paramedic had worked an 18-hour shift.

“I actually felt like they discredited me,” paramedic Jim said.
