The Royal Children’s Hospital is urging for more children to be vaccinated against the flu as cases of the flu in children exceed 20,000.

Director of the Royal Children’s Hospital’s national child health poll, Dr Anthea Rhodes, says only 14 per cent of children under the age of five are vaccinated.

“The vast majority of kids, who we know are prone to picking up the flu, and passing it around are not vaccinated,” she told Ross and Russ.
