Lawyer’s insight into potential sentencing following Kew home invasion

Victoria Police has charged a 24-year-old man and two teenagers in relation to an alleged violent home invasion in Kew early Sunday morning.

Partner at Thomson Geer Justin Quill says if an adult were found guilty of a similar crime, they could receive a sentence, on average, of three years.

“We’re going to talk about sentencing … We don’t know whether these are the people who did it, that’s for the courts to decide,” he told Ross and Russ.
