Paul Ahern traded to North Melbourne

Former first round draft pick Paul Ahern has joined North Melbourne.

The GWS youngster, taken with pick 7 in 2014, has been sent to the Kangaroos in exchange for pick No.69.

He’s coming off back-to-back knee reconstructions.

Ahern is expected to miss the majority of 2017 while he recovers.
