New laws being proposed by the Australian government may butt out smokers in their own homes.

Under the new laws you would no longer be able to smoke in apartments or on balconys.

3AW Breakfast host Ross Stevenson made an assertion that – ‘Most people who smoke would like not to smoke and they like the fact there are decreasing opportunity to smoke’.

Dr Sarah White from QUIT says this is not bull-tish and Ross is absolutely spot on – ‘88%% of people that smoke do not want to smoke’.
