Pete Ford weighs in on Kanye West’s Australian visa cancellation

Entertainment reporter Pete Ford told Ross and Russ he was “surprised” that Australia revoked Kanye West’s visa.

The US rapper and artist has been blocked from travelling to Australia, due to promoting Nazism in his recent song, ‘Heil Hitler’.

“I don’t know if there is any real evidence that he wanted to insight violence, I think he probably wants to insight hatred,” he said on 3AW Breakfast.

West was planning to visit his wife Bianca Censori’s family, who reside in Melbourne.
