Peter Marshall re-elected boss of UFU

Peter Marshall has been re-elected secretary of the United Firefighters’ Union.

The UFU boss won 1728 votes, easily defeating challenger Lyndon Clarke (451 votes).

The union announced the news on Monday.

Mr Marshall told 3AW Drive it was an “honour” to retain the position.

“I am somewhat humbled by the level of support,” he said.
