Petrol prices hit lowest level since before Iran conflict

Australian fuel prices are the lowest they have been since before the closure of the Strait of Hormuz.

MST head of energy research and energy analyst Saul Kavonic told 3AW hosts Jimmy Bartel and Mark Allen it was too soon to be sure these prices were here to stay.

“We might not really be out of the woods on this front yet,” he said.
