Victoria’s firefighting air crane that crashed into a dam has been removed.

Three people were rescued from the Gippsland dam after the water-bomber crashed on January 28.

“After three months, and very quietly. it has been brought out from the dam and taken away by trucks,” Neil Mitchell reported this morning.

“Why so secret? At what cost?”
