Bougainvilleas are a tough plant but don’t like wet feet.

The plant is a rapid grower but don’t over water them and keep its roots as dry and you can. 

Fun fact – the Bougainvilleas was discovered by the Jeanne Baret, the the first woman to circumnavigate the globe
