Plant of the Week

The Plant of the Week is Champagne Fruit or Babaco. 

This tropical-looking small tree produces lemon sherbet flavoured melons and grows well in Melbourne.  

This is the paw-paw for southern gardeners, with the combination of exotic fruit and lush palm-like leaves. 

Try dropping champagne on the fruit before you eat it. Delicious.
