ACCC Chair explains why they are looking into the NBN
Complaints about the NBN have gotten so bad the ACCC is now investigating.
The consumer watchdog has received an unusually high number of complaints with regard to the NBN, relating to connecting to services and having faults repaired.
ACCC Chair Rod Sims told Neil Mitchell we’ve reached a tipping point.
“We’re conscious that some things need to change pretty quickly,” he said.
Mr Sims said some changes that can “make a big difference” can be in place by early 2018.
