Aussies living in the outback get better access to renal dialysis
The Rural Doctors Association is welcoming six new renal dialysis centres opening in remote Australia.
They’ll be in outback South Australia, The Northern Territory and Western Australia, and will be the first of 30 to open over the next 4 years.
Rural reporter Jessica Clancy caught up with Rural Doctors Association and Purple House Medical Adviser Doctor Simon Quilty, who’s organization is receiving federal funding to build the centers:
