Nurturing and looking after customers was the topic on this week’s episode of Be ‘That’ Business Show.
Tim Reid and Steve Price covered how small businesses attract and continue to nurture customers and potential clients.
“The marketing and business landscape has changed and what we are seeing is that small businesses have the ability to do things that were just out of their reach 5-10 years ago,” Tim Reid said.
“Technology has become a lot cheaper, and it means they can nurture customers a lot more effectively.
“There other things business owners can do to nurture customers these days.”
