Demand for wine soars, amid growing stock shortages
A Tasmanian wine shortage is looming, as demand soars and vineyards and cellar doors run low on stock.
The shortfall in supply has been compounded by a smaller harvest for the 2020 vintage.
Rural reporter Meg Van Lohuizen caught up with Wine Tasmania chief executive Sheralee Davies who says it’s a problem, but not a bad one to have.
