Disease impact on landholders from feral pigs

A new feral pig surveillance project is underway on the New South Wales Central Tablelands, testing for infectious diseases in the animals.

Several recent diagnoses of swine brucellosis in hunting dogs has raised concerns about the prevalence of the disease which is uncommon in the area.
