Drought doesn’t slow farmland values
Despite one of the worst droughts in living memory in New South Wales, farmland value continues to surge.
The state saw the median price per hectare increase by 9.8 percent in 2018.
The increase was reflected nationally in Rural Bank’s annual Farm Land Values report, with a national increase of 10-point-7 percent.
