Emergency flood reforms deemed critical

Farmers are pushing for leaders to fast-track critical reforms into the flood recovery process, ahead of a forecast wet spring.

A New South Wales flood inquiry has made recommendations to better rescue and recovery coordination and streamline training, response and communication processes.
