Farmer confidence hits near 5 year high

Despite the summer’s bushfires, and the ongoing impact of drought — farm confidence has spiked to its highest level in almost five years.

Significant rain to finish one of the toughest summers on record has 46 percent of the nation’s farmers optimistic business conditions will improve this year.
