Feed supplement could cut livestock methane emissions by a third
A feed supplement claiming to cut the amount of methane produced by cattle and sheep, is hoped to be available in Australia next year.
Researchers over the past decade have developed the product, that sees a quarter of a teaspoon of the supplement added to daily feed.
It’s claimed that reduces emissions by 30 percent, with no impact to the produce.
