Grain growers asked if they want GM moratorium continued
Local governments in South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula are asking farmers if they’d want the moratorium on GM crops continued.
The region’s local government association has put out a survey to gauge farmers opinions on the lifting of the ban.
Under the new legislation councils can apply to have their area remain GM free.
