Law of unintended consequences?

Just months before the announcement of Hazelwood power station’s closure, 7000 Barramundi were released into the power station’s cooling ponds for recreational fishing.

Now that Hazelwood has closed, the temperature of water in the cooling ponds is dropping, and the fish are dying.

Ross and John asked Travis Dowling, CEO of Fisheries Victoria, whether he still thinks releasing the fish was a good idea.
