Kingfish making a sustainable splash

South Australia’s seafood industry is growing its footprint in both high end restaurants and home kitchens.

The highly regarded Yellow Tailed Kingfish is being farmed at Whyalla on the Spencer Gulf, with the stocking of new juvenile fish.

Clean Seas Seafoods has seen its European sales surge by more than 100-percent year on year, while domestically there’s also been big growth.
