Lasers to brand oysters

If you’ve ever wondered where the oyster you’re eating has come from, laser branding technology is going to provide the answer.

A specifically designed CO2 laser has been developed that’ll brand onto the outside of the shell, stating exactly where the seafood has come from.

It’s hoped the technology will be in use by the end of the year:
