Leaked report reveals culture of harassment and bullying in the CFA

A leaked report has revealed harassment, assault, and bullying in the CFA.

The report, revealed by Nick McKenzie and Richard Baker in The Age, claims around half of the 550 non-operational staff members surveyed reported being bullied.

Mr Baker told 3AW Breakfast CFA staff aren’t happy with the way management deal with complaints.

“A very healthy percentage of males and females believe that bullying and harassment isn’t being handled right throughout the organisation,” he said.
