Millions more to help communities prepare for drought
Nearly 3-point-8 million dollars has been delivered to local organisations across Australia for 65 projects to prepare for the impacts of future drought.
The organisations will work to deliver a range of initiatives, events, training, capability building and small-scale community infrastructure projects to assist drought preparedness.
Rural reporter Brady Evans spoke with the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal’s Nina O’Brien to hear where the money is going.
