Pumping restriction on Darling River after big rain
A pumping restriction has been placed on the Darling River, in an effort to protect flows from this week’s drenching rain.
Up to 100 millimetres was record in Bourke in North West New South Wales, delivering the first inflows for the town’s water supply in over 400 days.
