Record wine vintage
After overcoming seasons of drought and bushfires, the 2021 wine vintage is being described as a ‘unicorn’.
The rare combination of good fruit set, plenty of water, a lack of heatwaves has delivered a record crop at just over 2 million tonnes – or 31 percent higher than 2020.
