Can bollards be beautiful?

Ross and John touched base with the street art community to find out.

It was an idea flagged by a caller to Neil Mitchell on Friday and Ross and John are fully behind it!

Toby, director of Just Another Agency, a street artist agency, told the boys the concrete blocks, of which there are now more than 100 across the city, are definitely a large enough canvas.
