Sam Ludbey-Stynes’ latest campaign to help young athletes

Tom Elliott

The Jim Stynes Foundation is shining the spotlight on women’s sport.

Sam Ludbey-Stynes joined Neil to talk about the new campaign on the show this morning.

“The main aim is to connect all the amazing grassroots sports that girls and women play, from domestic to state, with the overarching community,” Sam said.

She said comparatively men’s sport is more inclusive but the GROWS campaign is working to change things for girls, for the better.

“It seems to sort of operate a little bit isolated, not to make it a gender debate, men’s sports is sort of all inclusive, women’s has a bit of a way to go.”
